At the Council Co-ordinating Committee I had to get formal approval for the Drug and Alcohol Review, that I am leading in my role as Chairman of the council's Local Services and Community Safety Committee. The review will focus on the services that are provided, what the role of the coucil should be in this, and what can be done at a local level.
