Catch Up

After the Easter break back to the endless emails, letters and phone calls. I spend the day catching up. I get about 30 resident enquiries a week. Some are reasonably easy to sort and can be done with a phone call ie missed rubbish collections other take months eg housing transfers and then I cannot get the response I would want on behalf of the residents.
