I have a look through the planning applications and see that there is 1 for the conversion of the Ash Meadow Pub to a nursing home with 30 single rooms (planning application number S/00541/09/FUL. This is a new application, the old 1 was for residential use. I have the Evening Mail onto me about the planning application. I tell them I think residents will welcome that something is going to happen on the site due to constant vandalism and it being an eyesore.
