Parking Lindsworth Approach

I have been contacted by some residents regarding the parking on the pavements in front of the shops at Lindsworth Approach. I have been informed by the council that part of the pavement is a private frontage, so they have no enforcement measures. They have advised me that access to the private frontage was provided to facilitate deliveries to the shops. A suggestion by the council is that a controllable access could be organised to address the problem, such as a collapsible bollard with some form of locking device or maybe consider a gating access.
