Customer First

The Council is undertaking a business transformation programme which aims to update and modernise the working of the council. 1 of the programmes is called Customer First. This aims to make customer enquiries more effective. I had a meeting about this. I suppport this programme, however, 1 concern that I have with this is that as the process is centralise local knowledge and sign posting will be lost.
