I have been contacted by some residents who have heard that a crossing will be built at Bells Lane /Kimpton Close. I have written in support of a proposal for a crossing here, and this also has support from Centro, National Express and Diamonds Buses. This scheme is still in its infancy stage, with information gathering currently underway. The Council will be carrying out a feasibility assessment and will consult me on the design proposals. The Council are looking at having a pedestrian refuge here.
