I have had a number of residents contact me regarding problems of reliability with the 35E bus service, this was particularly so in the first week of the service. Following my contact with the operator, Diamond, I have got a response from them. They admit that they had problems with the introduction of the new route but these have now been resolved. They have now put 1 of their staff on the route to monitor usage, check reliability and timings of the service.
