It has been brought to my attention that there is anti social behaviour taking place at the Mountaineer pub, Kings Heath following its reopening four weeks ago. As a result I have contacted the licensing department of the city council and the police. I have asked that the licensing task force visit these premises as a matter of urgency. The task force is made up of police officers, environmental officers and licensing officers. I have also asked that they have their licence renewed.
